Simplicity is Sin!!
Gone are the days when people including my father used to proudly say/teach their kids that “beauty lies in simplicity”. But every statement, believe and every damn rule has its age. It dies or becomes misfit at some point of time.
Today simplicity has different definitions and interpretations. It does not fit into the fast moving fads.
Though bit Ironic….. But few of them are…
1. Simplicity = “You do not fit in the generation”: You don’t drink “Oh my god” that’s so abnormal. One of my bosses of my earlier company once asked me do you drink …….. “I said no. I am a simple person”. To which he replied I hate simple people... :-| . And I sarcastically told him I know most of the people do not appreciate simplicity ..Ajj Kal...
2. Simplicity = you’re tagged as “outdated”. Peer pressure as we know it. Your friends might give you lecture on your choices of simple movies or songs. They might make you feel as a weird being as you don’t enjoy loud music.
3. Simplicity =Oh you don’t know what Geek means: You are defined only by the way how geeky you are. You need to have a iPod or at least a MP3 player.. Gosh you don’t use your phone for listening to songs, for taking picture and no internet in the phone that’s a crime as told by some friends in a casual discussion on phone models …well this are few prerequisites to be on pace with the technology and pretend smart… “Yes I still use phone only with its basic features of receiving and making the calls. Nothing more than that”
The list goes on…I would not want to continue just for filling up my blog…
Following quote makes me happy :-)
“With a few flowers in my garden, half a dozen pictures and some books, I live without envy.” Lope de Vega

Meet destiny’s child!
Some “normal” facts about her -
• She is poor.
• She is 8-7 year old
• Her parents were elated when she was born
• Her profession has been decided by the fate
• Her brother will assist her in the success
• She will support her family like her mother
They sound like simple attributes of a normal girl who will grow up and become strong enough to support her family.
Some real shocks:
She belongs to a community called “Dommara Community” ( Andhra Pradesh). The Dommara community members practice prostitution as their traditional 'profession'.
If there is a baby gal she will become a sex worker like her mother when she grows up.
If it’s a baby boy, he will practice the profession of a trafficker/pimp.
I was shocked!!! When my colleague told me this.
We (Me and Sandeep) were discussing about how things are going at his charity and he told me about this community.
Is girl child safe in India?
I do not want to discuss the cliché stories about how things are in rural areas and how insecure females are in India.
This has actually given me a Shock!!!!
This blog post is just for information sharing and not intended to raise any funds.
Vcare is supporting 12 girls from this community.
If you actually want to support here is the info:
Sandeep my colleague has founded a charity organization called Vcare - www.vcarefoundation.com.

The Happiness Syrup.

It is ok till the point when we are almost technology slaves. It felt fine when few friends of mine told me that they cannot think without computers...hard to believe but Mind is getting replaced by google and www’s.
Internet is the best thing happen to this generation but this option is becoming an addiction?
When I was in school Internet reached India in 1995. And till 2000 we were still exploring the yahoo messengers and mail communications. Well that was simple past with lots of curiosity to explore...
To add to these dependencies we have a new invention coming up from MIT student called Pranav Mistry who is the Brain behind to Turn Internet into a Sixth Human Sense….
Google has come up “Google Gulp” this Drink will scan your DNA.
It’ll make you an intelligent person!! Incase it detects any issues...
With such technologies, human senses will be replaced by easy to access technology? Where are we heading?
Am sure in few decades there will be syrups or candy’s to make a person happy , to make a person confident , to make him very good public speaker , a person can feel happy even he is lonely all he will have to do is take one table spoon of this syrups or a feel good candy!!etc etc …am just scared and really don’t want to see this day coming.
I would want to see Human with human abilities and senses! Let the nature be nature and let the human be part of nature!

The Guilt Mechanism!
Universe, Nature, Human body and emotions are self-conscious.Sun shine’s in the morning, Moon light is visible only in nights and earth knows that it has to revolve round the sun to balance both…
Human body and emotions follow the same pattern of self consciousness.
Mind tells you to slow down when ever your are stressed out or overdo something by not supporting you to work or take decisions cautiously.
Body sends an indication that it needs energy and you feel Hungry!
When ever you try to ignore such indications...you end up paying for it badly!
Sometimes you do something wrong or something against your believe system and integrity. Such acts can be results of peer pressure or the greed .In such scenario Guilt plays the major role.
The Guilt Mechanism: It tells you that something is wrong and might hurt or harm anyone who is involved directly or indirectly. One of the best emotions it tries to keep you on track when ever you are vulnerable to diversion. Most of the times it works awesomely. It keeps you in rhythm with nature. Condition: It requires a positive response.
All the Blogs, News channels, Papers are talking about Satyam Chairman Ram Lingam Raju and his fraud act. After so many years finally he was able to accept the guilt.
One thing which is going beyond my understanding is when he initiated such act he might have had definitely felt that he owe a responsibility towards his country and employees who are working on his dreams…Did greed dominated the passion ?? or overconfidence that he can handle it …if it was second then dint it clicked to him that he is risking the reputation of the country and literally lives and careers of 53000 employees and 5 lakh shareholders??
Moral: React positively to natural instincts !!!

Somebody is Missing!
As a kid , I used to feel that god is everywhere - with in me, in wind , in emotions , feelings, in tears, especially in exams..supreme power was present everywhere. Then innocence lost its presence as I got more involved with work, career, office, goals , deadlines and became a little tech savvy busy with laptop browsing, internet , mails.. now everything is full of to do list to make my place in this highly competitive world.
Suddenly
realized that something is missing......... my connection with the supremo...I have to make efforts to talk to him ..to feel him ...then I decided ill go to temples regularly ..I never believed in the concept of going to temple as he was present everywhere ... But now I love going to temples , its not I have become superstitious..I feel his presence coz everybody come to temple with feeling to connect with the creator. It's full of positive energy..full of people who come with strong believe that he is there to take care of all your worries and unfulfilled dreams. This feeling makes me feel his strong presence in everybody's life.Now..I look forward to visit temple ...it worked like network to get connected to him.. :)...

Basics!
My Last Post "Am Happy" was discussed and commented by group of active bloggers like Kida, Big K , Mayur , Ankit , Ranjith...well it helped all of us to introspect and think what makes us happy...we all discovered that we are happy bunch of people.
One common thing which I realized was that , when it comes to happiness we came back to "BASICS". Somebody feels happy when he his able to finish his short story coz he is passionate about writing. And ghar ka khanna makes Kida happy! And I feel happy when ever I write a poem.. :)
Its all about Basics!
But we value basics only when we have issues in life otherwise we usually spend all time chasing a perfect moment where everything is Utopian! Ironical..situations of life.
